Why offer my services to companies?
- Well-being in the workplace is an increasingly important issue these days.
- A happy employee is an efficient employee.
- Offering your employees regular wellness sessions can be a strong recruitment argument.
Sessions and workshops are tailored to your specific needs, aims and audience.
3 types of interventions in companies :
Collective sound healing session
To relax
creative collective songrwritting workshop
To reinforce bonds
COLLECTIVE SOUND HEALING SESSIONS
A moment of relaxation and inner massage via a sound journey. It can be perfect after a lunch break, at the very beginning of the week to get things off to a good start, or at the end of the week to release accumulated tension.
The session includes a body/breathing/vocal/meditative practice, and the sound journey itself.
These sessions are ideal for :
- Offering a space for employees to express themselves freely
- Offer deep relaxation and perspective
- Provide mental clarity
- Improve efficiency later on (neuronal stimulation)
- Offer employees an original activity
Duration : between 30 min and 1.30 hrs
CREATIVE AND COLLECTIVE SONGRWRITTING WORKSHOP
Trained as a music workshop leader at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, I work with groups of people to create their own song lyrics, and invent a melody, all together. You don’t need to be a musician, or have any musical or vocal experience: this workshop is open to all.
I’ve found it to be a powerful bond-builder.
I can focus the workshop on a specific theme, on request.
A few days after the workshop, I can give the team their song lyrics.
I can also offer a musical recording on specific request.
This workshop is ideal for :
-
Understanding employees’ professional desires (depending on the theme)
-
Strengthening or creating bonds within a group and/or team
-
Gain empathy
-
Motivate teamwork
-
Integrate the notion of collaboration, co-creation and interdependence in a different way: Learn to do one’s share of the work and accept the work of others.
-
Recognize the beauty of collective work, which would not be the same working alone.
-
(Re)defining one’s rightful place within a group and/or team.
Possible themes :
How would you like to feel as an employee?
What can we do to support a colleague who seems to be going through a difficult period?
What do we wish for our team? Our collective aims ?
What do we wish for the company?
