I have the great pleasure of leading collective sound healing sessions.
These sessions are moments of authentic sharing between participants.
Each session is unique, thanks to the varied participants, and thanks to a particular theme according to the moment’s energies (equinox, season, inner child…).
Depending on the period, sessions may include art therapy (with another practitioner).
A sharing moment (each person has a designated time to speak up) before and after the sound bath helps to create genuine and beautiful bonds with the other participants. Having experienced these, I know just how restorative such simple exchanges can be.
Some sessions are reserved for women, to create a safe space of free expression, and cultivate sisterhood.
These sound journeys are perfect for you if :
- If you feel physically or mentally tired, have trouble sleeping or have no energy left.
- If you simply need a moment for yourself, relaxation and cocooning.
- If you wish to honor or mark a specific time of year (Spring, Autumn, New Year, Solstice…).

Sessions usually unfold as follows:
- Welcome, settling in of participants, explanations on the period’s energies or on the session’s theme
- Moment of sharing (going around the circle)
- Body/breathing/vocal/meditative practice
- Sound journey, sound bath
- Return to the body. Gentle re-anchoring.
- Moment of sharing (going around the circle)
- A friendly moment with comforting snacks (homemade cakes, chocolate… )
Sound healing is a vitalist therapy: it aims to restore the balance of the body, so that it regains its self-healing capacity.
In other words: you are the master of your own wellness, and I simply and joyfully act as a temporary GPS to guide you to restore your balance.
Sound healing is also a holistic therapy, meaning that it acts simultaneously on all levels of the being (physical, energetic, emotional, mental, causal, spiritual…).
The benefits of sound healing are wide and varied.
I’m convinced that, at the moment, we are only able to see a tiny fraction of its benefits.
